  Sometimes find things missing in your order but thats rare and the chips can either be greasy or really dry i have had both.

  Upset tummys all round! How to ruin a weekend!
  
  Service and food is fairly poor here, although the Chips pass.
  
  They seem to have perfected the art of talking to each other via text or something, and I wasn't the only one to notice it.
  
  They don't communicate with you because frankly it doesn't seem like they understand you.
  
  They have a particular problem serving women politely too it seems. I've been to collect my our last minute emergency 'haven't done the Waitrose shop' dinner a few times and my orders been chucked on the side like I'm supposed to know it's mine, instead of given to me, without any acknowledgement, any thank you, nothing.
  
  The food is so so, nothing special but not the absolute worst. My Persian cat really enjoyed the fish but we can't stomach undercooked cod (literally) so that says it all really!
  
  Wish I could have given it a 2/5 but the lack of smiles and bad attitude really prevent that.

  A fairly simple order - two battered sausages and a chips. So imagine my disappointment when I got home to find I'd only been given one battered sausage, despite being charged for the two. Easy way to lose a customer!!!
